Since Jon was a kid he was intrigued with sports, competition, and most of all the physical advancements the human body could achieve through exercise and nutrition. Experimenting with different types of exercise since Jon was 13 years old from calisthenics, circuit training, plyometrics and even strength training with weights. Throughout life Jon has experienced minor to major injuries, and had learned how important health is and how easy we neglect and forget to maintain and improve when we feel great. After high school Jon furthered his education at Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences. He completed and graduated from the Personal Training/Diet Weight Management program. Jon is also currently completing the Holistic Health Care Program. Jon has experienced both sides of the fence and knows what it is like, he passionately wants to help every person of all paths of life to achieve, improve and maintain the healthy Gratifying lifestyle they themselves envision.
